Wailersmerch.com Understands That Ordering Online Is Not Always An Easy Task. We Want To Make Your Online Shopping Experience As Easy As Possible. We Are not accepting returns at the moment due to the Covid-19 outbreak and for the safety of our staff and others, all orders are final.

1. IF YOUR ITEM WAS DAMAGED/INCORRECT UPON RECEIPT EMAIL CONTACT Support@wailersmerch.com WITHIN 24HRS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE WITH PHOTO PROOF. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN OUR INABILITY TO REPLACE YOUR ITEM.
2. A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED UPON SHIPMENT OF YOUR ITEM.
